Proprietary Finishing Process

Our 2024+ Silverado grille undergoes a specialized finishing process to ensure premium durability and quality. First, the OEM grille is completely stripped of its chrome plating with an acid bath. Next, the bare grille is sanded, cleaned, and treated with an adhesion promoter and sealer to enhance paint bonding. It is then professionally painted and left to cure before being carefully packaged for shipping.
